Current Openings

We need experienced CDL Drivers to operate company trucks in support of our concrete, materials, and delivery operations. Depending on assignment and qualifications, you may run ready mix trucks, end dumps, side or belly dump trailers, boom trucks, or other specialty units.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain required documentation, and communicate clearly with dispatch, plant personnel, and field supervision. A valid CDL, clean driving record, and a commitment to safety and professionalism are required. Experience on construction job sites or at material plants is a plus.

We need an experienced Fleet Mechanic to keep our light and medium duty vehicles and trailers running. You will handle diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, and electrical systems across our pickups, service trucks, vans, and trailers, along with scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections.

A valid driver’s license, demonstrated experience with gasoline and diesel engines, and the ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment are required. Experience with computerized diagnostic systems and a background in construction, materials, or industrial fleet environments is a plus.

We need an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to keep our heavy construction equipment and diesel fleet ready and running. You will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain issues on excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, dump trucks, and semi-tractors, and handle scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections. This role works in the shop, yard, and field.

Demonstrated experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, powertrain components, and electronic controls is required. Familiarity with computerized diagnostic systems and a background in construction, mining, or heavy civil environments is a plus.
